Les animaux sont autorisés avec supplément de 20 par animal. La taxe de séjour est payable sur place, 1 /pers/jour. Le jacuzzi est optionnel et coûte 50 par séjour. Le bois de chauffage est optionnel et coûte 25 par séjour. Le chauffage central suffit pour chauffer le bâtiment et est inclus, le bois est un confort supplémentaire. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur mais un abri extérieur est prévu pour les fumeurs sur la terrasse couverte. Des draps de lit sont disponibles en emballages individuels pour 10 et des serviettes de bain pour 5 .
