Seaside apartment, feet in the water! on the ground floor with veranda, direct access to the garden of the beach! It consists of a living room (TV & WIFI) with dining area, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed 2 people, a bathroom with toilet and a large veranda overlooking the sea and the tamarisk! garden and private parking (possibility of sleeping for 2 more people in the sofa bed in the living room).
Freshly renovated and tastefully decorated, clear and bright, it is in a very quiet private property, facing west, with a sunny garden all afternoon until evening ringside seat to admire beautiful sunsets on the sea.
This apartment is close to the Thalasso, 10 minutes walk from the old port and the city center.
At your disposal garden furniture, parasol and sunbathing.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely and well-appointed apartment, very well-situated in a very peaceful location. The apartment had everything we needed - the veranda is an amazing and luminous space, with lovely sunset views; the bed is very comfortable; the kitchen well-equipped; the bathroom has a very good over-bath shower; the lounge is large and comfortable. Roscoff is an attractive little town, and we found plenty to do, including taking the bus to visit Morlaix and St Pol de Leon, and getting the boat over to the Ile de Batz, a beautiful little island where we happily spent a day walking. There are good rambles to be had in and around Roscoff too; and we especially enjoyed visiting the beautiful Jardin Exotique. We also enjoyed the weekly market. Mme Balpe was very helpful, and we had a great week. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return!

Die Wohnung entprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Sie ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die direkte Lage am Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Zuverlässigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin, die gut deutsch und englisch spricht.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders den traumhaften Blick auf das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin Frau Balbe hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Vielen Dank für sehr erholsame und schöne Ferien. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous aimons beaucoup la Bretagne. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois mais nous ne connaissions pas encore le Finistère Nord. Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Roscoff. (Famille de 4 personnes. 2 adultes. 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans). Nous avons choisi ce logement par rapport à son emplacement au bord de l'Anse du Laber. Sabine, la propriétaire nous a accueilli et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Le logement était propre. Fonctionnel avec l'essentiel pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le véritable atout de cet appartement est sans aucun doute la véranda. Grande, très bien placée, nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur la baie, de magnifiques coucher de soleil. Les enfants ont pu jouer librement dans le sable. Regarder le va et vient de l'eau au grès des marées. Nous avons fait de nombreuses balades à vélo. C'était pratique de pouvoir les mettre dans le petit local. Roscoff est assez petit mais il y a beaucoup de chose à voir dans les environs et beaucoup de chose à faire... La propriétaire avait mis pas mal de documentation à notre disposition et nous sommes allés faire un tour à l'office du tourisme. La résidence est très calme. Le magasin le plus proche est à 10 bonnes minutes à pieds. A savoir, un service gratuit de bus est mis en place tout l'été pour se déplacer dans Roscoff. Que dire de plus ? Nos coups de cœur... - Se promener à marée basse dans l'anse du laber - découvrir à vélo l'île de batz -profiter, le temps d'un après midi maussade, de la piscine d'eau salée du centre de thalassothérapie - manger une bonne crêpe à la crêperie de la poste - Meneham et ses très belles plages - Plouescat - Carantec et le Château du taureau - Morlaix - les Monts d'arrée, la vallée des saints, huelgoat -la balade à cheval à Keremma - le cidre kerné - le chocolat et le café Grain de sail - l'odeur de la marée et les coquillages - le marché .....Bref.... Une belle destination pour passer de bonnes vacances... (La seule chose qui a été un peu compliquée à gérer c'est le bruit de la VMC, la nuit au salon). Estelle Août 2019

Wir wurden von der sehr sympathischen Sabine Balbe direkt ab Buchung souverän begleitet und bei Anreise herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war absolut in einem Top-Zustand - sauber und gepflegt. Wir konnten also direkt "ankommen", haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Woche in Roscoff vollkommen genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher und vor allem in diese Wohnung zurückkommen! Merci à Sabine pour l’accueil. La location est conforme à la description. La véranda est + grande en vrai que sur les photos. Place de parking réservée. L’acces à Roscoff se fait en 15min à pied, ou par les navettes gratuites (en été) qui passent toutes les 15min : vraiment très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville. Belle vue sur la mer depuis la véranda.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est fonctionnel, très confortable et idéalement situé. La véranda donne sur un petit jardin commun avec accès direct sur l'anse du Laber. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et documentation mise à disposition afin de découvrir les alentours. Environnement très paisible, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de cette magnifique région.

une belle situation près du bord de mer mais avec un jardin cependant ! La véranda est une pièce qu'on utilise aussi bien pour déjeuner que pour diner : lumineuse, chaleureuse et facile à protéger du soleil quand il y en a trop ! L'équipement de la maison est suffisant pour cuisiner pour 2 personnes : la propriétaire a même pensé à une casserole à moules et à des couteaux à huitres !! Un léger bémol quand même?? l'absence de petites tasses à café.... L'endroit est proche de Roscoff de son marché des bateaux de croisière et une supérette est implantée près de l'appartement. La propriétaire est chaleuseuse et accomodante sur les heures d'arrivée qu'elle accepte de changer en fonction des demandes et sur coup de téléphone. Un endroit que je recommande à tous ceux qui sont friands de nature sauvage : des balades balisées ou du moins décrites sont fournies dans l'appartement et il y en a tant et plus !!
