About this house rental
Our house is located in a town on the edge of Lake Annecy. The lake, 17 km long alternates nature reserves, forests, mountains and villages.
Beautiful show of the lake and its mountains.
Multiple and varied sports activities, aquatic and alpine.
You may want to go on the road from Chamonix to the foot of Mont Blanc (1 hour drive), or why not enjoy a day of shopping in Geneva (45 min) .Our house is located in a village next to Annecy lake in Haute Savoie. Around the lake, which is 17 km. You will find nature / reserves, forests, mountains and villages. It is a magnificent combination of lake and mountains. Chamonix, at the foot of Mont Blanc or why not enjoy a day of shopping in Geneva which is less than an hour drive away on the motorway.
In the center of the village you will find several shops and restaurants, one of which has two stars ** in the Michelin Guide. There are two bakeries / pastry shops, one newsagent, one small supermarket, a hairdresser, an art gallery, a florist shop, a bank, a post office and a tourist office.
In these rare surroundings, in the small and sunny village of Veyrier du Lac, beside the lake, you will find it in your home.
Very comfortably furnished, with a view of the lake, there is a very large terrace and a garden. In addition to the house is a separate, outside area, storage area, for bikes, skis, garden tools etc.
The villa is located in a calm and quiet dead-end street. There is a parking area for your car which has an electronic control.
