Cocoonr is offering this charming, recently built cottage for rent, boasting a superb view of the lake, situated in the town of Veyrier-du-Lac.
With a floor area of approximately 40m², this property can easily accommodate 3 people.
The fully equipped terrace (with chairs, a table and sun loungers) offers a 100m² garden area for the exclusive use of the tenants.
Situated at garden level with private parking, the property comprises:
Living area:
- A bathroom with lake views, fitted with a washbasin and a bath with a shower screen
- Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase: a spacious living area offering beautiful lake views, fitted with a comfortable sofa. Separate toilet.
- Dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeping area:
- A single bed on the mezzanine
- A private bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, with access to the terrace
Outdoors:
- A fully equipped 16m² terrace.
Additional facilities:
- Wi-Fi, washing machine, private parking secured by a gate, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

- The flat is ideally situated on the hills above Veyrier-du-Lac, a 30-minute walk from the lake and the beach.
- Cycle path 2 minutes away by bike

- Geneva International Airport is approximately 50 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, a private parking space is available beneath the chalet.
