About this house rental

Located a few kilometers from Vaison-La-Romaine, on the terrace offering views of the picturesque village of Puyméras and Mt VENTOUX, this house, rented during the summer season, is our main residence the rest of the year. Land of 2000m2 with lawn and olive trees, swimming pool, private 4.50m x 9m secured by fence, and it is HEATED. Spacious living room (70m2) opening onto a large 50m2 terrace with pergola (20m2). 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are independent with shower room and wc (4 beds in 160, 1 in 140). Garage for 2 cars with electric gates. Summer kitchen with covered terrace, fixed barbecue, garden furniture, playset for children ... Our house, designed in the principle of the well being of its occupants, will welcome you, for your enjoyment, during a comfortable and charming Provencal stay. When you arrive at this property, the house, the swimming pool and the garden are for you, not overlooked.

Tout est conforme au descriptif. Maison parfaitement entretenue, vue merveilleuse, calme et sérénité avec une région superbe à découvrir. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, un petit paradis !

Dieses Haus ist wunderbar. Große helle Räume, bestens eingerichtete Küche, alle beschriebenen Details. Mario, der Besitzer, pflegt sein Anwesen sehr und ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste, und das ganz dezent. Alles ist äußerst sauber. Wir werden im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen. Die Gegend ist herrlich, ein nicht so touristisch überlaufener Teil der Provence. Das Dörfchen Puyemeras ist sehr ursprünglich.

Un accueil chaleureux dans une très belle propriété au calme, cette maison très agréable,très bien entretenue - tout en longueur située plein sud avec une vue splendide est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer entre amis ou en famille. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, il est au petit soin pour ses locataires je vous recommande vivement cet endroit Annie
