About this house rental
Single-family home (90 m²) with traditional charm on one level, located in the city center, featuring a sunny garden and terrace (50 m²) set back from the street.
Set back from the street, quiet, fully fenced-in garden, enclosed by a gate overlooking a walkway leading to the street (10 m). Interior completely renovated in the summer of 2014.
CAPACITY: 6 people (plus 1 child aged 3)

. 1 small bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (1.40 m) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, cabinet)

. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 m) and an adjacent bathroom in the hallway (sink, toilet, cabinet),
. 1 master suite with 1 double bed (1.40 m) + 1 children’s canopy bed - for children 3 years and older, and a large bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, cabinet, and closet
COMPLETELY RENOVATED INTERIOR IN SUMMER 2014 with high-quality amenities: Electric heating for added comfort, fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishes and silverware for 7 people (capsule coffee maker, pressure cooker...); storage cabinets in all rooms.
The master suite features a large bathroom with a bathtub beneath the window overlooking the garden and the slate roofs.
Ideal vacation home for families and friends.
A small bedroom-office on the first floor overlooking the entrance and the garden has its own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, closet), which allows for the accommodation of guests with limited mobility. (A single 20-cm step to climb.)
All shops and services are within a 50-meter walk (market, supermarket, medical and paramedical services).
No car needed
Optional linens set (bed, bathroom, and household linens); laundry service available to ensure a true vacation experience.
Small children welcome (portable crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, changing pad, high chair, safety gate at the top of the stairs...)

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1,000 euros must be provided by check made out to the owner.
This check will only be cashed if significant damage has occurred when the property is returned.

Excellent location with access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property owner provided all relevant information for this comfortable house with a private courtyard. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent 1,5 weeks at the house in Deauville. The location is perfect: right in the city center, supermarket 50m away, bakery across the street, pharmacy 50m, many restaurants within 5min walking distance, beach 10min. The house is located in a beautiful backyard, quiet but central. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, so you can travel with small baggage. With the house comes also an exclusive beach cabinet, so that you can store your beach stuff right there - no need to carry everything every day. The house lady who welcomes you and does the cleaning is very nice, however she speaks French only - but you will understand her as the landlord sends a very comprehensive and detailed info email before your stay. The only minus is the parking situation. There is no own parking, and the public parking nearby is with parking meter from 9-19:00. In the season, when arriving on a weekend before 7/8pm, expect that there is NO free parking anywhere before the day tourists have left. Also, for excursions, plan your return after 7/8pm, then you will find „no pay“-parking spots in neighboring streets (3-5min walking).
All in all, we can highly recommend this location. Beautiful house, well maintained, spaceous, central - everything you need.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer der schönsten Straßen in Deauville. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt in der Nähe sind schöne Geschäfte und Cafés. Das Haus geht über 2 Etagen. Es ist wunderschön und authentisch eingerichtet mit viel Liebe für die Details. Das Bett ist gemütlich und die Bäder sind sehr sauber. Wir konnten nachts sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Die Atmosphäre im schönen Innenhof ist traumhaft und ruhig. Die Vermieterin Martine und die Verwalterin Nadine sind sehr nett, gut erreichbar und beantworten freundlich alle Fragen. Wenn Ihr einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Normandie in der Nähe der berühmten Les Planches machen möchtet, ist dieses Haus ein echter Geheimtipp!!
