About this house rental
Old house in a garden of 2000 m2, terrace in a green setting with views of the castle.
Spacious and quiet accommodation near the main shops of a pretty village.
The house consists of a large living-dining room, two large bedrooms and a smaller one on the ground floor and bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. The kitchen is independent.
The large garden allows you to relax and play (chairs and large portico). The garden is located on the enclosed terrace at the ends.
Ideal place to find peace with family or friends and enjoy the walks and cultural and sports activities offered by the village and the surrounding area.
A contract with the terms of the rental is sent to the tenant when booking. It is then asked for a deposit of 400 euros which is not cashed and which is returned in full if there is no degradation at the departure of the tenant.
In case the cleaning has not been done at the time of departure, 75 euros will be retained.
Linen can be rented. (Napkins)

Très agréable séjour dans une maison charmante, au centre du village, au pied du château. Propriétaire aux petits soins, jardin et environnement particulièrement adapté à la détente. De belles balades, de belles visites, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Jumilhac. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, coquette, chaleureuse; la vue sur le château au crépuscule est saisissante.
Les environs sont charmants: paysages bucoliques, sentiers pour randonner à pieds, routes idéales pour les amateurs de cyclisme, villages pittoresques, châteaux, grottes...
Nous avons pratiqué l'équitation au centre équestre de Saint-Yrieix (super club!). Le bonheur!
L'accueil d'Agnès et Catherine est formidable.

Week-end retrouvailles entre amis, cadre très sympa, le jardin est idéal pour les enfants , le temps était de la partie et nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du barbecue!
Propriétaire disponible et attentionnée.

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour fêter un anniversaire entre amis et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. La cuisine, très bien équipée, nous a permis de préparer nos victuailles sans difficultés et dans le grand séjour, nous avons passé une super soirée à danser et à profiter du canapé bien confortable ! Le beau temps était de la partie et tous les jours nous avons fait de sympathiques randonnées conseillées par la propriétaire et par les charmantes hôtesses de l'office de tourisme situé tout près de la maison - bien pratique - Sans compter les pauses café prises au soleil sur la terrasse face au château. Séjour sans faute... Nous reviendrons. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux.
