25 semi and 29 end of terrace, overlooking the largest lake on the Estate, Somerford Lagoon with far reaching views.
These 2 properties are suitable for discreet family gatherings only. We will ask you to call us prior to booking to ensure that this offering is right for you.
A travel cot is available at each property at a supplement of £15.00 each, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). Sizes 25 Clearwater 100 x 68cm and 29 Clearwater H74 x L100 x W74cm.
A high chair is available at each property free of charge. Please advise if the travel cots and high chairs are required?
Please check the maximum occupancy for adults and children. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the house occupancy conditions are not met. These 2 properties has a maximum occupancy 12 adults & 4 children plus 2 infants. We do not accept hens and stags. Each property has a Log burner (logs not provided).
1 dog allowed at 25 Clearwater and 2 dogs allowed at 29 Clearwater with prior permission at a supplement of £30.00 per dog payable separately after booking is confirmed.
29 Clearwater is a 3 storey / 4 bedroom / 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) lakeside house which sleeps 6 adults and 2 children plus 1 infant sleeping in a travel cot.
The property is sited on a beautiful freshwater lake on a lakeside second home development, Lower Mill Estate, in a 450 acre nature reserve with 7 lakes.
Clearwater 25 / Reeds, architecturally-stunning 2 storey/4 bedroom/2 bathrooms/ ground floor WC (1 ensuite) lakeside semi-detached house, sleeps 6 adults in 1 double, 1 twin pushed together, 1 twin bedroom and 2 children in bunk beds plus 1 infant sleeping in a travel cot.
Clearwater 25/29 are furnished to a good standard and extensively equipped to cater for family gatherings to satisfy everyone in your party and to enhance your enjoyment throughout the duration of your stay regardless of the weather.
Complimentary access to the on-site ArtSpa, a luxury spa with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools (shut in winter), outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions (bookable at an additional cost).
An on-site restaurant and shop are also available, exclusively for the use of Lower Mill Estate home owners and holiday-makers.
