You can enjoy Florida’s sunshine on the spacious sun deck with pool and in the 1500 sqm tropical garden bordering the lake. Pool and terrace have an access from the kitchen / breakfast area and the master bedroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has an entertainment system, Home Security System - Cams, 1 flat screen TVs, a washing machine and dryer, a completely equipped kitchen and even deck chairs and a canoe (to travel on the lake) and therefore offers many conveniences to make your holiday an unforgettable event! In only a few minutes by car you can reach the long, flat, white beaches of the Gulf coast as well as the city centres of Naples and Fort Myers. You can play golf on one of the more than 90 golf courses in the region.

Helt perfekt hus att hyra jätte fint och stort vi var 6 vuxna personer som hade 3 veckor i värmen i juli -15 huset har allt perfekt att grilla vid poolen på kvällarna eller ta cykeln till beachen 10 min bort allt annat finns inom 1 timme bort om man vill göra utflykter. rekomenderas att hyra och vi återkommer troligtvis då området kring Bonita /Naples är det bästa i SW Florida

Im September verbrachten wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kids (2 und 11) zwei traumhafte Woche in Bonita in der Villa Vanderbilt.
Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir sehr gut "betreut" und beraten seitens der Familie und der Hausverwalter.
Vor Ort fanden wir dann alles genauso bzw. besser vor, als wir es uns vorgestellt haben bzw. als die Fotos es aussagten.....Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist super und selbst Spielzeug und Poolutensilien für die Kids waren vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, der Poolboy und der Gärtner kamen regelmäßig. Auch die beiden dt. Hausverwalter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut gekümmert, auch hier gab es überhaupt keine Probleme.
Die Kinder waren am liebsten am Pool- das Haus ist sehr gut klimatisiert, also Wohlfühlfaktor top!!
Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, Supermarkt, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Cafes etc alles in guter Nähe und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Florida, aber erstmals in einem Ferienhaus und waren vorher etwas skeptisch, aber nun haben wir uns entschlossen spätestens 2016 wieder in der Villa Vanderbild unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Dies war das 3. Mal für uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Hat hat mal wieder alles gepasst. Für einen perfekten Urlaub hält das Ferienhaus keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist gut temperiert und eine willkommene Abkühlung. Alle Formalitäten klappten wie immer reibungslos. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Wij hebben begin mei 2011 twee weken vertoefd in deze heerlijke villa gelegen aan Vanderbilt Lake.De villa is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en alle ruimten bevinden zich gelijkvloers. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en de lanai(serre met in plaats van ruiten een soort van fijnmazig gaas) zorgt er voor dat er geen muggen of ander ongedierte kunnen binnenkomen. De afstand naar Naples is een autokwartiertje. Restaurants zijn er in overvloed. Wij als golfliefhebbers konden in de directe omgeving ons hart ophalen. Kortom ik kan iedereen deze villa aanbevelen zeker gezien de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Vijf sterren.At the start of may 2011 we booked a 2 week vacation and stayed at the lovely villa located at the Vanderbilt Lake.The villa has all the conveniences included and all the rooms are on ground level. The swimming pool was big enough for the 4 of us and the water was lovely. The lanai (an open porch covered with a finely threaded transparent wire netting) keeps the bugs and other unwanted insects out. The distance to Napels is a short 15 min drive and there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. As fanatic golfers we can honestly say the environment had everything to one's heart's content.All in all we can recommend this villa to everyone and we give the villa a 5 star rating according to the price/quality combination and our personal experiences.
