There are two Master Suites for your comfort and all three bedrooms have king-sized beds. There are also 3.5 baths to allow everyone sufficient personal space! This home has a heated pool and is located less than 2 miles to the beach! Experience this tastefully, modern feel as the entire home was recently remodeled. If you have a large family but want a home with space for entertaining, come and enjoy our beautiful Florida winters. Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home. If you enjoy the beach, hop on your bike and take a short ride down to the water. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets while relaxing outdoors! Very close to the Mercato shopping district or drive down to the famous Naples 5th Avenue. Hop a short distance to the beach and don't forget to stop at Royal Scoop on your way home for an ice cream cone. My husband and i enjoyed our winter escape to Bonita Springs! Wonderful facility and David and his wife were always available to answer questions. Great neighborhood! Just what we needed! Pool was great! Lots of restaurants close by

Beautiful indoor appointments with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We lived mostly outside in the lanai and pool area. Very private, peaceful and enjoyable. David, the property manager, was very responsive to our requests. Also, the property is in a great location. We loved our time here.
