You'll never want to leave this gorgeous piece of paradise in the Vanderbilt Lakes Gated Community of Bonita Springs. This immense family home has more than enough room for you and your extended family with four ample bedrooms, four full baths, and three independent living areas. There's even a large jacuzzi hot tub for six, just steps from the screened lanai and heated saltwater swimming pool with unbeatable views of Vanderbilt Lake.
Not only is this villa pretty from the outside; strep through the double front doors, and you'll find a delightfully spacious layout with modern vaulted trey ceilings and gorgeous porcelain tiles in the living areas and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The main living room greets you as you enter the home and overlooks the outdoor terrace with its own dining and lounge areas, perfect for meals and relaxation in the cool morning and afternoon hours. There's a space for everyone to find their mojo an elegant private dining wing for entertaining, and a full den/day room just off the kitchen with a separate breakfast nook, breakfast bar, extended wrap-around sofa, and huge flat-screen entertainment center.
The Master Suite opens onto the outdoor terrace and living room with King-size orthopedic bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with twin sink vanities, a standalone bathtub, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second Master also boasts a King-size orthopedic bed and ensuite bath, and bedrooms three and four have either two twin beds or a trundle bed with a pull-out twin bed. All feature the finest luxury linens and towels. Then there's the bright and spacious kitchen with loads of counter and storage space, state-of-the-art appliances, and a central island with a modern ceramic cooktop. Even the two-car garage is big and stores a couple of beach-cruiser bicycles and other necessities for fun in the sun.

The home was as beautiful as the photos! Beachy, homey decor. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub with a lovely view. The neighborhood was safe and lovely for walking. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood within close proximity to all area amenities. House is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The manager was very responsive to a question we had while staying here. Would absolutely rent here again when staying in the area.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean and had all the amenities for staying put and for a day at the beach. We enjoyed the pool and large screened in lanai and spent most of our time there.The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking. The location was convenient to Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Management was responsive and communication via text was easy.
