The 40 sqm apartment is on 2 floors. In the lower area there is the kitchen and a shower room. An internal staircase leads to the upper area with a living room / bedroom and a sun terrace. In front of the kitchen there is a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a cozy seat. Next to the 8m x 4m pool with roman steps is the open terrace.
A parking space is on the closed 850 sqm plot.
The main apartment is not occupied!
The house is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 km south of the city center. 1.3 km to the nearest sandy beach at PUERTO BLANCO.

A lovely villa which had all things that were needed.Very compact but still very good.Pool good and plenty of seating outside.Altogether a lovely place.

Great stay, pool lovely. Once we found our bearings was not to far to the town. had a great stay and would return.
