You will find shops, banks, bus (line 1 for Cannes and the Croisette), Bonnard museum 5 minutes walk.
Top floor (6th and last floor) 24 sqm studio and its large 46 sqm terrace (SE oriented) with a panoramic view on Mediterranean.
