Enjoy life outdoors in Mouans-Sartoux: a private terrace, a garden for your exclusive use and a charcoal barbecue for shared meals. This two-bedroom countryside house offers a compact base with mountain and garden views.
• Enjoy a countryside stay in this two-bedroom house in Mouans-Sartoux, managed by LB Vacation Rentals.
• Fully renovated in May 2023, the 45 m² house accommodates up to 5 guests in total, including children.
• The ground floor has a living room and kitchen.
• Both bedrooms and the shower room are upstairs, reached by a steep, narrow internal staircase.
• Sleeping arrangements:
• Main bedroom: one double bed, 140 x 190 cm.
• Second bedroom: a trundle bed with two 90 x 190 cm sleeping surfaces, suitable for adults.
• Living room: a sofa bed, 140 x 190 cm.
• The upstairs shower room has an integrated toilet.
Enjoy a private 20 m² terrace, mountain and garden views, and a garden for your exclusive use. The garden is not fully fenced. A charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining area are available.
• Individual air conditioning serves the living room and both bedrooms, with electric heating in the kitchen.
• The house has a 43-inch Smart TV and Orange fibre internet/Wi-Fi at 2 Gbit.
• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
• A washing machine, detergent, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.
• Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are supplied.
• A baby cot, high chair and baby bath are available.
• Please request the cot mattress and baby bed linen before arrival.
Two free private parking spaces are available on site. Electric vehicle charging is available through a standard power socket for an additional 10 euros per night.
Self check-in is via a conventional key lockbox. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A check-in form is required, and a welcome guide will be sent after booking.
An exterior security camera monitors the garden and access to the house. It does not film the terrace. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and complete first aid kit are available.
Pets are welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.
Our team provides 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance. Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting. These optional services are arranged separately and are not included in the rental.
