Climatisé ,il dispose d'un salon ouvrant sur un balcon couvert, plein sud. Tv à écran plat avec chaînes locales et étrangères, Netflix gratuit, wifi. Parking gratuit en sous-sol, accès gratuit aux 2 grandes piscines de la résidence de mi-mai à mi octobre.
Salle de bains privative avec douche, wc séparé,lave-linge, sèche-linge et sèche cheveux. Coffre pour passeports.
