Location was perfect, right next to bus stop which was one stop from the pier and it’s only a 7 min walk from the scooter rental shop. Sofa in communal area was comfortable. Easy check in process.
Microwave is under the kitchen sink placed right next to the bin, so when you take fresh food out of the microwave it’s right next to a bin.
The beds were really uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to have a proper restful sleep. My friend in the second bedroom had the same experience.
Saw a few cockroaches around the fridge and dishwasher.

Close walk to the ocean and very easy access to public transport as a bus stop is right out the front.

Fresh, cute & clean. Close enough to the ferry terminal to walk if you don’t have heavy luggage, but not too close. Very short stroll to Nelly Bay Beach. Fairly central to go either direction on the island. Bus stop right across the road, supermarket & more a block away!
Nothing…a little more water on the garden in the dry season & a bird bath would be a lovely extra…but no complaints

Comfy beds, large kitchen dining lounge, back deck, very clean, close to the beach. Basic essentials supplied.
Yard and garden very neglected.
Cabin not ready on time.
Owner was using the washing machine and failed to collect once finished.
No dryer.
