I liked the location the apartment was nice.

The bar stools need to be replaced they kept sinking down to lowest setting the toilet paper holder wasn't on wallin the main bathroom it was under sink and light over dining table didn't work.

The location is perfect and comfortable. The apartment got AC and washing machine. Overall very confortable

The check in did not work on time as the paperwork was not available at 15h. We lost some time running into the headquarters a few blocks away. On the last day we got a problem with the keys which got locked into a small safe (the code changed). Nobody was there to answer the phone. It was pouring and we had to go again to the headquarters- where nobody was present. We finally tried all combinations until the lock opened. Pity.

The location is perfect! The apartment is super clean, really pretty, has a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart tv and a really comfy couch. The rooms were super nice.

The check-in was a struggle. The website had a bug and I didn't have to give the passeport of one of my friends, but it blocked us from really checking-in, so we couldn't get to the apartment instantly. Fortunately the receptionist guy let us store our luggage near him, even though usually you can't. Moreover, they're pretty slow to respond on WhatsApp or Booking, we had to call to get the code of the locker where there was the key, even though they said they were going to send me the check in informations. If they would have answered faster, it would have been more easily. and just in general, they're pretty slow to respond. Also, the facilities are great but you don't have products to use them like for the dishwasher or the washing machine, nor salt, oil, towel for the dishes, etc. Moreover, we had both of our toilets blocked (before we used them, cause when we flushed, it was blocked). fortunately, they came to repair them the next day (cause it was pretty late when it happened). Think for that we were just unlucky

needs a refresh: AC in the living room may need to be changed, it doesn’t make the room colder, acts like a fan + lights in the living room seem to have issues blinking / not working would have appreciated finding laundry detergent to use the washing machine
