Perfect. Short walk to the paralia, the shops, vegetable markets, and everything you could want.

Our host was outstanding, kind, and thoughtful. Areti greeted us in the late evening and everything was ready for us. Areti would check in with us from time to time via text to ensure everything was good, which it was (actually it was great). Areti provided us with wonderful homemade treats and ensured we had everything we needed. We stayed for three weeks and it was like being at home but better because we were in Volos. The beds were great, the location was perfect, the view was outstanding. Thank you Areti for making our stay in Volos so wonderful.

I have nothing to add here as for our family this stay was perfect.

More that expected

The location is near the interesting part of Volos: the port and the shops :D The parking is easy, there was someone to welcome us and give us the keys at our arrival. The host was very easy to contact, very communicative and helpful. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise: the way it is decorated, the attention to the guests needs. It seems that if you have your toothbrush and clothes you will not need anything else. We found a lot of cosmetic products, sweets, tea, coffee, water, you name it!

One of the best booking experiences we have had so far!

The apartment is located in a very nice and central area of the city, less than two minutes away from shops, mini-markets, etc. yet away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, thus very quiet at night. It is on the last floor, meaning it has the largest terrace of the building, and it has absolutely everything you need for your stay. Above all, we really appreciate the attention to detail and the care for the guest. Areti and her mother will make you feel at home from the very first moment. We will definitely come back to Areti's Home next time we come back to Volos. Thank you so much, see you next time!

it was okay.

the house was big and had two separate rooms with warm water throughout the whole day. it also had clean towels and bed sheets.

it had bugs on the walls in the kitchen. the oven was dirty from (potentially) previous people who lived there. there wasn’t an air condition in one of the rooms. too expensive for what it’s worth.

Exceeded our expectations

The apartment was spacious, clean and neat in every detail and even though it seemed nice from the photos it definitely exceeded our expectations. Same for the hostess, Areti, who is a very friendly person and even though we only stayed for 1 night she made as feel very welcomed. We would definitely extend our stay if we could and hope to be back to enjoy it more.
