The room is centrally located and within 5-6 mins from the seafront. Check-in is comfortable with the door code that the host sends by message (provided you have booking app with you). Overall, very good facility and several amenities. The room is sound proof and quiet although it is in a busy location in general.
The space is a bit small for a family. There is one bedroom and one living room as advertised, the latter with a sofa that turns into bed. We had to set the bed ourselves, and it was not difficult. Also, 1-2 normal chairs in the room could have been nice, especially in trying to have breakfast. There was a table with chairs in the balcony (which by the way is spacious).

Πολύ καθαρό, πολύ καινούργιο σε άριστο σημείο στον Βόλο με θέση στάθμευσης.
Δεν υπήρχε Aircondition στο υπνοδωμάτιο.

L'appartamento assolutamente super moderno, pulito confortevole, comodo per la posizione.
Considerato che non c'era acqua corrente e wifi a causa della straordinaria situazione meteorologica a Volos (per cui noi di fatto siamo rimasti bloccati in questa città) avrebbero potuto ridurre un po' il prezzo della struttura.
