Η τοποθεσία σαν τοποθεσία είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει για κάποιον που πάει στο Βόλο σαν τουρίστας. Μπροστά στην παραλία με απερίγραπτη θέα, μοντέρνο δωμάτιο ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις παροχές και πεντακάθαρο. Δε σου λείπει τίποτα.
Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να έχει κάποιος στο νου του είναι ο χώρος στάθμευσης. Απέναντι υπάρχει το δημοτικό πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή .

Η τοποθεσία ήταν κεντρική και σαν δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο
Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο αν και μεγάλο άνετο δεν είχε θέα, το μπαλκόνι ήταν στο ακάλυπτο όπου έβγαιναν εξαερισμοί από το τσιπουράδικο συνεπως μύριζε έντονα φαγητό, δεν μπορούσες να ανοίξεις παράθυρο μόνο με το κλιματιστικό! Δεν διέθετε πιστολάκι και σίδερο
