We loved this little unit, great location near beautiful beaches, have not been to Ballina before. Nice coffee places nearby, short drive to CBD,
A BBQ at the unit would have been good, a smart TV for streaming, WiFi would be good. The oven racks were in need of a good clean.

The location was good, close to the beach and walking paths. The house was comfortable and clean.
One would think that a holiday property such as this would have WiFi and cable television. Given the cost of a smart tv, a bigger screen would be appreciated.
