The property offers two bedrooms both with Queen beds, a combined lounge and dining room, a self-contained kitchen and one bathroom with a laundry.
The house is light and airy, with a sizeable yard and large, comfortable living areas to either curl up with a good book, or cook up a storm for friends and family. There is also undercover parking for one car and a large patio area for entertaining.
If you're feeling active, take a short stroll to the stunning Shelly beach, just moments away, or take advantage of one of the many bike or walking trails around Ballina and enjoy the beautiful coastline up close. The property is only a short drive to Ballina, where you will find a huge range of shops, cafes and restaurants. You will have access to the entire house, as well as the ample grassed yard space. There is no wifi at the property.

The unit was very clean and perfect for a short stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fantastic location. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is no WIFI.

Gorgeous spot, quiet, convenient.
Comfy bed and pillows.
Needs maintenance, quite shabby.
