The Terrace

The unit was really spacious. 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms and large kitchen lounge and outdoor area means no one is on top of each other. Well supplied with cooking utensils, coffee machine etc, walking distance to the beach. The inside of the home was lovely and clean and way too many tv channels to scroll through, not a bad thing. Able to park in the garage. Fully equipped with washing machine dryer etc. Photos are accurate. Nice suburban location

The location is a holiday home advertised by LJ Hooker. Whilst I appreciate people advertise on different platforms I found it unnecessarily cumbersome placing a booking on booking.com to then get text messages and emails requesting that I confirm details and upload driver licenses and even now get spammed with advertisements for their properties even after my stay. It didnt bother me because I had a car but the closest coffee or shop is a 2km walk or 3minute drive away. Its not in the main area of town, certainly close to main thoroughfares if driving but there's no restraunants, pubs take away in the immediate vicinity. Also whoever stayed before us left fish or something awfully smelly in the outdoor garbage bin. You couldn't open the windows it stunk so bad. , i just put the bin on the kerb 3 days early and solved the problem but one would have thought the cleaners would have smelt that and not left the bin outside the front door

Spacious and felt very home like Perfect for families

Property does get fairly warm, ac in lounge area but bedrooms get really hot, fans were helpful. A pedestal fan for lounge would be good idea so not need to have AC on constantly yet have some cool / air flow.

Lovely spacious well appointed 3 bedroom unit with a great private outdoor space and plenty of parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge room furniture and beds were all comfortable.

We had no complaints

Perfect location close to everything.
