Budget apt - excellent location but wouldn’t stay long!

Excellent location 5 mins from bus station and centre, 10 mins from train station. Large apartment with good kitchen facilities and good shower. Excellent wifi. Quiet.

No blind up at one of the windows so light in the morning. Only given hand towels - no bath towels. Whole apartment smelt badly of cigarette smoke including bedding. 5th floor no lift and common areas ugly. If you are on a budget and only staying a night or so it’s passable. Owners could make it so much better with just a little extra care and stopping people smoking in the apartment.

Good location, sadly flat isn’t good for non smokers

Flat is in a great location and restaurants, sightseeing places, shops can be reached by walking.

cigarette smell! it’s like a nightmare for non smokers… plus we had a child with us. 5th floor. Very cold. I think those things should be mentioned in description!

Comfortable stay in good location

Stayed few nights. Location was very good, 5min walk from all amenities you need. All apartment was clean, airy, light, cosy and basic. Loved wide windows, beautiful sun wakes you up and evening sun makes cosy light.

the only one downside was 5th floor. it was a good exercise with 20kg luggage.

great location, nice looking, there was some scratches on the walls, but for us it wasn’t a problem.

the apartment smell like cigaretes, obviously people smoke there. Not very clean, old sheets, seperate matresses, old furniture. Do not recommend

Perfect for a short visit to Šiauliai

Modern, spotlessly clean and spacious studio at the top floor of a Soviet-era residential building on the high street of Šiauliai, offering easy self check-in, secure access, a comfortable double bed (even for tall people), a washing machine, an auxiliary electrical heater and a strong WiFi signal. The kitchenette is well-equipped with enough cutlery to allow for the preparation of home-cooked meals. It is a mere five minutes’ walk to the bus station, a shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Recommended for both solo-travellers and couples.

The studio is located on the 4th floor (5th floor in the Baltics) and there is no lift. The bathroom is tiny.

Pusryčiai? Nė žadėtos kavos nebuvo. Patiko vienintelis dalykas - vieta centre.

Patalynė nepakeista-neišskalbta! Nors ir bandyta pakvipint, bet jaučiau svetimo žmogaus kvapą ant pagalvės..Pats butas prasto kvapo. Neišplautos grindys - po televizoriaus staliuku pilna dulkių ir nukritusių daiktų. Prieš atvykdama pasiskambinau, bet atsiliepė be Rimutė, bet vyras. Prisistatė savininku. Pasiteiravsu,kada galiu atvykt. Pasakiau, kad jei patiks, būsiu nuolatinė klientė. Pamaniau, jei man taip sakytų, tai nuvykčiau ir viską sutvarkyčiau. Jei būčiau suintetesuota kluento lojalumu.. Vakare neįsijungė TV. Paskambinau savininkui. Šis neatrodo, kad nustebtų..Sakė, niekuo negalįs padėt..Mažesnės kriauklės nesu niekur mačius-nufotografavau. Labai nepatogu praustis. Jei nakvynės reiktų keliom parom -pabėgčiau kitur. Ir ką vartotojų teisės pasakytų, jei nuotraukose yra televizorius, tačiau jis neveikiantis. Apgaudinėjate klientus. Apmaudu, bet niekam nerekomenduosiu. Ne dėl TV, o dėl neišskalbtos patalynės..
