The house 'Vincent' in Kappeln is located in the well-kept residential area Mehlby far from the Schlei Fjord. Here you will find peace and relaxation during your holiday. It is the ideal accommodation for a family holiday with several children or for couples traveling together. Her four-legged friend is a welcome holiday guests in the property.

Outside there is a green oasis. The approximately 900 square meter garden of the house is completely fenced and has beautiful flower beds, a large lawn for sunbathing or romping and a fruit tree stock. The sunny terrace of the house is south facing and attracts with garden furniture, sun loungers, sandpit with play equipment and barbecue. Two car spaces on the property and a lockable shed are available. Here bicycles or sports equipment can be kept safe during your holiday in Kappeln.

The Kappelner house is bright and modern. The spacious, open hallway is flooded with panoramic windows overlooking the garden with light. Inside convinced the house with a modern kitchen, inter alia, in the wonderfully a family meal or a dinner for two can be conjured. Wir waren über Silvester 2021 in Kappeln. Nochmal ein ruhiger Jahreswechsel. Das Haus Vincent war bestens geeignet. Eine ruhige Wohngegend im Westen der Stadt. Gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten, der aber ungepflegt ist, sowie auch der Gartenunterstand.Eine Sonnenliege steht verschmutzt im Gartenunterstand. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden ist sehr fleckig und müsste dringend eine Grundreinigung erhalten. Der Staubsaugerbeutel wurde seit Monaten nicht mehr gewechselt. Die Spülmaschine hatte kein Salz und Klarspüler, das Geschirr mußte jedesmal nachgetroknet werden. Bei der Ankunft stand teilweise schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Auch Treppenhandläufe und Türklinken waren sehr klebrig. Waren schon sehr enttäuscht.
