About this cottage rental

In an old Ardennes farmhouse, we have built a very spacious gîte. You will benefit from 5 rooms with double bed (1m60) and one room with 4 bunk beds. The numerous lakes (5 in total) will allow you not to queue! We have thought about a modern decoration while respecting the basic materials (local stones, exposed beams). The view, the moments shared in the garden or in the living room, the walks and the numerous visits...
Ideal for family or friends reunions.

Auf Rückfragen wurde schnell geantwortet - die Kommunikation (französisch/deutsch) lief top! Das Objekt ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Wir sind mit einer Gruppen von 13 Erwachsenen angereist und hatten mehr als genug Platz.

Un gîte qui contient tout le nécessaire (et même plus avec le sauna :-)), un bel aménagement intérieur, du calme, une propriétaire à l'écoute, une vue magnifique et de belles promenades tout autour. Ce fut une magnifique parenthèse en famille pendant ce confinement. Merci!

Wij hebben echt genoten. Er is alles voorzien. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Mooie streek en vlakbij een kruidenierswinkeltje. Zalig warm huis ook. Heel proper en bediening sauna en bubbelbad was heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Voor ons zou het verblijf nog beter maken als de tuin was omheind en een klein beetje buiten verlichting.

Everything was just perfect. Very clean and cosy House. The kitchen is well equiped and the house very beautiful decorated. It was like coming home. The Communication, check in and check out was very easy and Chathrine is a very friendly host.

Wij hebben genoten van ons weekend. Iedereen was tevreden. Vriendelijke huisbazin. Genoeg badkamers. Mooi uitzicht. Ruime keuken. Enige minpuntjes. Verlichting buiten mocht meer geweest zijn als het donker werd. Nachtlampje op kamer met stapelbedden werkte niet. En oven was niet gekuist. Maar anders heel gezellig en praktisch huis.

Een mooi en ruim huis met veel uitzicht in een mooie omgeving. Met 10 personen had iedereen voldoende ruimte. De ontvangst was prima; Catherine was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en legde alles geduldig uit. Ook was er voldoende parkeerruimte voor 4 personenauto's. Zoals overal zijn er wat details die verbetering behoeven maar dat zijn de puntjes op de "i", we hebben een hele goede week gehad met veel genieten van het huis, de omgeving en de bezienswaardigheden. Perfekt auch als Haus für ein Teamevent!

Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Haus von Catherine verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es gibt genug Platz für ein großes gemeinsames Essen und auch die Sauna hat allen großen Spaß gemacht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Bäder und Duschen für das ganze Team. Vielen Dank : )

Si vous cherchez une belle habitation assez moderne, bien équipée et confortable où chacun trouve sa place et personne ne se marche sur les pieds, bienvenue ici à Bande...Très belle vue, belles promenades aux alentours et au centre de pas mal d'attractions à portée de main. Propriétaires très discrets et réactifs en cas de besoin car habitant à 10 mètres...sans être intrusifs le moins du monde...Bref, que du bonheur !!!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Gemütliche und saubere Betten, saubere Bäder. Tolle Ausstattung. Genau wie man sich ein Ferienhaus vorstellt in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der nächsten Stadt. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus für alle, die es ruhig mögen. Voll ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst; alles auch top sauber. Und eine super-nette Besitzerin! Wir fanden es großartig! Unsere Kinder konnten mit den Spielsachen im Haus spielen, im Garten toben und die Esel auf der angrenzenden Weide füttern. Und mit dem Auto haben wir viele tolle Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

Wir haben zu 13 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 7 Kinder / Jugendliche) vier wundervolle Tage im Haus der Familie Dupont verbracht und alle waren rundherum zufrieden. Es gibt drinnen und draußen viel Platz für alle und die Räume sind angenehm hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und in einem guten Zustand. Nicht zuletzt trägt die Sauna sehr zur Entspannung bei. Die Gedanken an die chilligen Stunden im Garten mit dem traumhaften Blick zaubern mir noch heute ein Lachen ins Gesicht. Nous avions loué le gîte pour les fêtes de Noël. Le gîte correspondait bien à nos attentes c'est à dire capacité d'accueil, équipements ménagers, espace détente et espace de vie bien pensés, propreté, calme. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui nous ont fournis tous les conseils nécessaires afin de rendre agréable ce séjour. Ils ont été très disponibles. Wir haben mit Freunden (insg. 12 Personen) ein sehr schönes Wochenende verbracht. Wir haben alles so aufgefunden wie beschrieben. Das Haus bietet alles um in einer größeren Gruppe ein paar erholsame Tage zu verbringen. Und wenn man das Haus mal verlässt, hat die Umgebung natürlich auch viel zu bieten.
