About this house rental
The holiday home is located in a village near Manhay, just a few kilometres from Baraque de Fraiture, one of the highest points in the Belgian Ardennes. The house, which dates back to 1637, has been completely renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday home. The house is very bright and spacious at 350 m2. The south-facing, 150m2 terrace is sheltered, so you can sit and relax here from the beginning of spring until the end of autumn. There is a double-sided fireplace between the living room and the dining room, so you can enjoy the warmth of the fire from both sides. There is a baby football pitch and a table tennis table. The holiday home is equipped with a sauna and whirlpool, and from 1 May to 30 September there is a heated outdoor pool in the garden. It is also possible to bring your horse, as the owner of the house also has horse boxes and pastures in the immediate vicinity. This house is mainly intended for family groups. However, other groups can be accepted with the agreement of the owner and with a possible increase in the deposit. Groups of people under the age of 30 are not permitted.
The wooded, hilly surroundings are ideal for mountain bike and racing bike tours, horseback rides or beautiful hikes. The house is also very centrally located for interesting excursions: in half an hour by car you can be in Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Malmédy, the caves of Hotton or Remouchamps, the waterfalls of Coo in the Plopsa Coo adventure park for children. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the agreement of the owner and with a possible increase in the deposit. Groups of people under the age of 30 are not permitted.
