Luxurious home in Manhay with sauna

The cottage is located in a village near Manhay, just a few kilometers from Baraque de Fraiture, one of the highest points of the Belgian Ardennes. The house, dating from 1637, has been completely renovated and transformed into a comfortable vacation home. The house is very bright and spacious with 350 m2. The south-facing terrace of 150m2 is sheltered, so you can sit and relax comfortably here already at the beginning of spring and until the end of autumn. Between the living room and the dining room is a double-sided fireplace, so you can enjoy the warmth of the fire from both sides. The cottage is equipped with sauna and whirlpool, and from May 1 to September 30 there is a heated outdoor pool in the garden. It is also possible to bring your horse, because the owner of the house also has horse boxes and pastures in the immediate vicinity. This house is mainly intended for family groups. However, other groups can be accepted with the owner's consent and with a possible increase of the deposit. Groups of people under 30 years of age are generally not allowed.

The wooded hilly surroundings are excellent for mountain bike and racing bike tours, horseback rides or beautiful walks. The house is also very centrally located for interesting excursions: in half an hour by car you are in Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Malmédy, the caves of Hotton or Remouchamps, the waterfalls of Coo in the adventure park Plopsa Coo for children. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the agreement of the owner and with a possible increase of the deposit. Groups of people under 30 years are generally not allowed.
