Perfect villa
Brilliant and luxurious villa. Perfect for any season. Very friendly local staff.
Terrible service from Belvilla. Very disappointing, seeing how reliable booking.com usually is. This was nowhere near the smooth booking we're used to on here. In the end we managed to complete the entire booking, but will not book anything hosted through Belvilla again.

Fijn huis dat wel een opknapbeurt nodig heeft
Wij verbleven hier voor de tweede maal. Eerste keer was in 2021. Teruggekomen vanwege de ligging, luxe, ruimte en faceliteiten. Het zwembad met jacuzzi is fantastisch.
Het huis heeft inmiddels wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Lampjes afgebroken en beschadigingen aan inrichting en meubilair. De oven werkte net als in 2021 niet. Volgens de eigenaar waren er onderdelen besteld, maar opvallend is dat het apparaat 4 jaar geleden ook stuk was en dit in meer reviews te lezen is. Jammer want met 12 personen is het niet te doen om de kleine combi magnetron te gebruiken. De borg van €750 moest contact betaald worden en werd pas na heel veel contact via telefoon, mail, app etc. na ruim 4 weken teruggestort.

We hebben er het beste van gemaakt, maar we raden dit huis niet aan.
Het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de sauna. De leefruimte was voldoende groot, er kwam ook veel licht binnen via de ramen. De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en er liggen leuke stadjes in de omgeving zoals Durbuy.
De communicatie van de eigenaars was niet goed. We zouden een mail krijgen met instructies maar die kwam niet. Toen we in de avond aankwamen was er niemand maar stonden de deuren gewoon open. Het was koud in huis, de verwarming werkte niet. Zeker op de badkamers was het koud zeker in deze tijd van het jaar. Ook de grote oven was stuk. Dit was ons niet gemeld op voorhand. Ons hele menu echter was gebaseerd om ook de grote oven te kunnen gebruiken. We betaalden behoorlijk veel geld voor deze accommodatie omdat we afgegaan zijn op de foto's en die prijs wel in verhouding vonden met wat we op de foto's konden zien. Helaas moesten we vaststellen dat deze foto's niet overeenkomen met de huidige staat.
