The access is direct on the large beach of Bonne Source, you and your family can enjoy the joys of swimming and water sports.
On each side of the rocks which are discovered at low tide allow you to fish for mussels, whelks, clams and other shellfish.
The entrance to the apartment is on the third floor with elevator and leads to the living / dining room with American kitchen, a 45m2 room offering a magnificent panorama of the coastline.

The sky terrace has a rest area with armchairs and coffee table and a dining area. An electric blind protects you from the sun.
