Spacious 50 m² living room facing the sea with an open-concept kitchen, 4 bedrooms (new bedding), 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, and 2 separate toilets.

Shops and the Place du Marché in Pornichet are within easy walking distance (a very large market every Wednesday and Saturday, and a covered market hall with fishmongers, fruit vendors, a dairy, and an organic butcher shop open daily)
End-of-stay cleaning fee required: 100 euros (payable upon arrival)
Pets welcome with owner’s permission (20-euro cleaning surcharge)
Security deposit required: 1,200 euros by check

We whete looking for a flat for two families with children (summary eight persons) and we had enough space because the rooms, the kitchen, the living room and the baths was large and big enough for us. The balcony was amazing because we had a wonderful view of the atlantic ocean. The communication and help from the owner was quick and amazing. Thank you for all and we hope to be there again!!!
