Independent house of 100 m², full foot, on 1000 m² of land with trees and flowers, in the center of the village of Marsilly.
You are within walking distance of the shops (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, tobacco bar, press, restaurants, hairdresser, etc ...) and the weekly market, 500 m from the pharmacy and the medical center. 1 km from the ocean and the coastal path.
The village of oyster culture and mussel culture is 10 km from La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré. Possibility of going to La Rochelle by bus.
Many activities nearby: fishing, hiking or cycling, golf (1 km).

House situated in a pretty village conveniently close to boulangerie,supermarket and good restaurant - Terre et Mer. House well equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay and we particularly appreciated the beautiful garden.

This holiday house was a great find. It is located in a small village near a supermarket, baker, postoffice etc. The house is spacious and has all the comforts. Also it is located close to the beach, bigger town (la Rochelle) and Ile de Ré.
It is a detached house with an enormous garden that has all kinds of fruit trees. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly.
The owner(s) are very nice and helpful! They deliver a great accommodation, clean and tidy.
All in all a 5 star recommendation worthy.

Wonderful spacious house and garden in a a great location.
Marsilly has many facilities including a supermarket, boulangerie, take away pizza shop and bar.
La Rochelle is also only a 20 minute drive away.

Superbe maison très calme et reposante. Nous avons pu nous y reposer en soirée et dormir dans une excellente literie. Aucun équipement ne manquait dans la maison. Seul bémol sur trois semaines de séjour nous n'avons pas eu de box internet à cause d'un orage. Mais la réactivité et la sympathie des accueillants est à souligner.
