CITY LOCATION
Located 15 km south of La Rochelle, Châtelaillon-Plage is a seaside resort that is both peaceful and lively: very pleasant for a stay with family or friends.
CURISTS in Châtelaillon or ROCHEFORT, you benefit from the seaside and a lively place all year round while easily accessing the thermal baths.
LOCATION OF THE HOUSE
The house occupies a central position in the resort. It is located on a quiet street close to all amenities (see below) and above all less than 100 m from the beach.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION (plan provided with the contract)
75 m2 house with:
- a living room
- a dining room
- an equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with bathtub
- two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds and a wooden bed for young children.
For your comfort, bed linen is provided. Beds are made upon arrival for stays from seven nights.
Please note: towels and tea towels are optional!
If necessary, we lend you all the NECESSARY for BABY: wooden bed with thick mattress (fitted sheet in organic cotton), changing table, stroller, high chair, deckchair, etc.
OUTSIDE:
Flowered courtyard of around 30 m2
- terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture,
- recent and quality electric plancha,
- shelter (for storing bikes for example) with a water point and a washing line.
In addition, a passage on the side of the house provides direct access to the courtyard (very practical for returning from the beach or cycling).
Depending on the space available, possibility of parking in the street, in front of the house including.

We had a fantastic stay in Châtelaillon-Plage and uttermost enjoyed our time in this nice little house. The super short 2 minutes walk to the beach was perfect with an infant and a 3 year old. It made it easy to go back and forth for lunch etc. The city itself is very charming, has everything needed and all within walking distance of the house. The house itself has two spacious bedrooms with more than enough room for the 4 of us. We utterly enjoyed the small and lovely courtyard where the kids played in their small baby pool.
Simply a lovely place to stay and our hosts where extremely friendly. We ended up arriving two hours earlier than anticipated and still we could get the keys and they had even reserved a parking slot for us outdoors. I had made an error with my reservation so I had booked one night too many and the owner insisted on reimbursing us for that final night. Unbelievable generous and kindly when this clearly was my mistake.
We would love to come back!
