Located on the heights of CAGNES SUR MER 20 minutes from NICE airport, 30 minutes from JUAN LES PINS,
45 mins from CANNES, surrounded by vegetation, at the end of the hill, facing south, come and enjoy
sun in a green setting,
A few minutes from the beaches and typical villages of the hinterland (VENCE, SAINT PAUL DE VENCE,
GOURDON, CABRIS)
The NIAGARA villa, decorated and furnished in a warm atmosphere made of a mixture of villas
Provencal and colonial house, where natural materials have a place of choice,
The infinity pool, facing south, welcomes you for your sunbathing in all
tranquility,
INTERIOR EQUIPMENT
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with two sofas and two armchairs, a large
dining room equipped with an 8-seat table,
A fully fitted kitchen (kitchen piano, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, grill
bread etc. etc. )
The living room and the kitchen communicate through large French windows with the outdoor ground floor terrace
overlooking the pool,
A large 8-seat table and a 4-seat round table allow you to take your meals outside
enjoying the barbecue and the sea view,
On the ground floor the master suite welcomes you with a spacious bedroom equipped with an electric bed and a
dressing table, dressing room, bathroom (shower and bubble bath) complete this space,
on the first floor, accessible by internal or external stairs, you will find an entrance with a desk
, two bedrooms sharing a beautiful terrace where you can admire the sunsets,
a bathroom with WC completes this space,
The villa parking lot has 2 spaces for vehicles
access road,
The NIAGARA villa is the last villa of the dead end at the bottom of a short descent, and does not suffer any
road traffic otherwise very low since only local residents use this road,
you can have a permanent cook on request
you can have a permanent sports coach on request
an amount of € 55 will be charged per traveler day for any additional traveler to the capacity of the villa (6 people). after acceptance by us.
a deposit of 2000 € will be required on arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage in the villa.
household costs are € 100 if the villa is not clean upon departure.
during rental periods, we stay in an apartment at the back of the villa and we are available for any request or in case of problems.

We had a great stay in this lovely house with a fantastic view. The host was very friendly and helpfull. A good house for a family with kids.

The Villa is in a fairly remote location at the end of a road in which there are spectacular, uninterrupted views down to the sea in the distance. However, the road/drive leading down to the villa is extremely steep and not for the faint hearted when approached by car. Although advertising space for 2 cars, this requires a lot of manoeuvring in a small space to ensure the first car out is always facing forward.
There is a very modern, fully fitted kitchen which offered very good facilities. The main bedroom on the ground floor definitely had a wow factor with separate dressing room/toilet leading on to a bathroom with double sinks, sunken bath and step in shower.
Unfortunately, 2 further bedrooms on the first floor were very basic in comparison, sharing a bathroom where the shower head was not attached to the wall. That said, there is a separate terrace for those bedrooms with table, chairs and fantastic hammock for relaxing in the evening.
Internet access is virtually non existent which proved difficult for my adult children who rely on their phones for access to music and communication with their friends. TV reception was also very poor.
Didier and Alexia were very welcoming hosts and always on hand to assist with any problems.

What can I say? Our holiday from start to finish was fantastic! The villa was amazing ! The pool was superb! Our 8 year old boy spent all his waking hours in the pool. The veranda had relaxing furniture , so we spent our evenings sat out drinking wine. Really releaxing. Our hosts were fantastic. They kindly took us to Nice, the supermarket and the train station. Such lovely lovely people, who were on hand if needed. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, with a lovely view, then this is the place for you. The surroundings are so peaceful. The villa interior is really spacious and has all amenities. Highly recommended to families or couples.

La villa est située dans une zone isolée. la combinaison parfaite de vie à la campagne et de détente en bord de mer. les voyageurs ont besoin d'une voiture. La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin: beaucoup de serviettes, linge de lit, des ustensiles de cuisine. piscine profonde dispose d'une entrée pratique les escaliers. les propriétaires vivent à proximité de l'appartement. ce sont des gens très sympathiques, toujours prêt
