Studio bien équipé, sécurisé, pratique, bien placé, au calme, proche des commerces (boulangerie, Poste, presse, supermarché) et de la plage. Permet de faire de belles balades sur la digue jusqu’à Calais plusieurs fois. La voiture reste stationnée devant le studio et permet de tout faire à pied. Pour un couple avec un enfant prévoir un lit d’appoint. Sinon pour deux c’est très bien. Au top !

Die Lage war perfekt und man hatte alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Der Strand war wirklich sehr schön! Auch unser Mieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war auch vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Le studio est très confortable et suffit amplement pour 2 adultes et un chien. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, de la boulangerie et de Calais. La personne chargée de l'accueil est bien sympathique. Dommage que la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous mais ça ... c'est la faute à "pas de chance"

Pied à terre sympa. La mer, la plage immense à 150m. La promenade le long du littoral très bien aménagée jusqu'au port de Calais. Je conseille vivement. Notre toutou a rencontré de nombreux compagnons au fil des promenades. Restos calaisiens faciles d'accès. Grande facilité pour se garer même en ville.

Das Appartement ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Für zwei Personen mit Hund war das Appartement perfekt. Der Strand, sowie Bäcker und Supermarkt ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Location très bien située. En effet, elle est très proche à pied de la plage de Blériot (au bout de la rue), des commerces, du marché une fois par semaine, ... pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour le quotidien. A peine plus de marche à pied et nous voici à la plage de Calais. En prenant la voiture et après quelques minutes : Sangatte, le Cap Blanc Nez, les centres commerciaux, l'entrée du tunnel sous la Manche, ... En fait excellente situation pour cette location très propre et largement suffisante pour un couple.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartment, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, seriös und freundlich. Der Strand liegt beinahe vor der Haustür, das Zimmer war gepflegt, alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Calais ist keine typische Touristenstadt, aber vielleicht gerade deswegen ein schönes Urlaubsziel. Empfehlen können wir z.B. einen Besuch im Leuchtturm, den Hafen und die Eglise Notre Dame. Die Umgebung ist schön, ein Tagesausflug nach England bietet sich an. Am Strand sieht man sehr regelmäßig die Fähren vorbeifahren. Ein Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es sicher schön, wir hatten aber keine dabei, man kann sich auch welche mieten. Der Bus der im Sommer die Küste entlangfährt kostet pro Fahrt nur 1€.

Magnifiques vacances dans ce studio très clair et accueillant, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse bien ensoleillée pour l'apéro du soir est un plus les jours de beau temps. La documentation fournie nous a donné l'idée d'aller passer une journée à Londres: super! La localisation est idéale pour les ballades pédestres et le centre commercial tout proche est bien pratique.

bon séjour dans l ensemble ( location du 21 au 28 aout 2010 ) dommage que le soleil n était pas avec nous , du temps gris et pluvieux , que 2 jours de beau temps sur la semaine . d ailleurs ma soeur et moi n avons meme pas pu se baigner...appart calme et agréable ,propre; à 2 pas de la mer , et tres proche des commerces , donc tout sous la main. satisfaite dans l ensemble , propriétaire accueillant et serviable .ps : une immense zone commerciale à 5 km ..bienn lorsqu il fait mauvais temps .

Franchement, rien à redire! Cet appartement est très agréable à vivre et surtout très bien situé ! (à 2 doigts de la mer) Pour avoir fait plusieurs séjour en appartement (toujours avec notre vieux matou) via le site abritel, cet appart fait vraiment parti des plus sympathique dans lequel on ai été. Bref, même si cette région (Nord pas de Calais, Calais Sangatte Dunkerque) peut en certains endroits(que l'on connait tous) paraître inintéressante, on peut dire que dans l'ensemble le coin est assez atypique et reposant. Bilan : Rien à redire, l'ensemble est totalement satisfaisant! On y reviendrait bien ... mais on a tellement d'autres endroits à visiter ... Alors avis également aux autres amateurs! Merci encore pour l'accueil (autant physique que numérique ou téléphoné). Et bon vent à vous Mr et Mme Hanquiez !
