About this villa rental
Les Anses d'Arlet, fishing village, is located in the south of the island (Caribbean side). This small village has kept all its authenticity, turned towards the sea, this end of the island has acquired 5 beaches. They are all as beautiful as each other (beach of the town at 400m, beach of Grand Anse within 1 km, beaches of the DUFOUR cove on the right and the BLACK cove on the left at 2 km, Petit Anse beach 3 km.
Several residences have since emerged, including that of Baie des Anses. Built on a plot of almost 500m², the villa is new, it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (140x190 beds), 3 full bathrooms, 1 with separate wc, 2 terraces. On one of the terraces, you have a breathtaking view of the village beach and its pontoon. The kitchen is fully equipped:
dishwasher, fridge-combi, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave. WIRELESS
Bed and bathroom linen provided. Ideal rental for 3 couples of friends.
Long-term rental possible May-June-September-October (special pensioner-2 months maximum, low season: Price of 2800 € monthly;).
Villa accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Rental reserved for adults, children from 15 years old.

Accueil très chaleureux, tout était prévu, punch, accras, dîner et petit déjeuner. Maison très agréable (conforme aux photos et descriptions) spacieuse et très propre. Très belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Un vrai bonheur. Merci

Nous revenons dun séjour de deux semaines à la villa de madame Rome aux Anses dArlet et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.Monsieur et madame Rome nous ont accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Ils nous avaient fourni toutes les indications nécessaires pour le trajet depuis laéroport.Nous étions trois couples et la villa comblait tous nos besoins : trois chambres et trois salles de bains, cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, terrasse spacieuse bien ventilée avec vue sur la mer, idéale pour nos repas, wifi et télévision en parfait état. Le mobilier de la villa est confortable et de qualité. Madame Rome avait pris soin de garnir le réfrigérateur du nécessaire à la préparation de notre premier petit déjeuner. Tout au long de notre séjour, les propriétaires se sont montrés attentifs et soucieux de notre confort.Nous recommandons cette villa sans aucune hésitation.Un merci sincère à monsieur et madame Rome.Noëlla, Yves et les deux autres couples.
