A few steps from the Caribbean Sea, this villa located in Petite Anse, third cove in the village of Anses d'Arlet is a haven of peace where you can taste the sweetness of Creole life. Fort de France airport is 30 minutes away and the road to get to Petite Anse is one of the most beautiful on the island, passing by cap 110, magnificent panorama of the Rocher du Diamant. This ideal location will allow you to enjoy the best tourist assets of Martinique.
Equipped with a large terrace of 30 m2, a kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV, free wifi, 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, the villa des Amandiers offers you the possibility of staying in a pleasant setting conducive to relaxation.
We provide :

- beach towels
- diving kits
- cleaning is included in the service (except kitchen and utensils)
Fully air-conditioned, the accommodation is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. A bedroom with a double bed with adjoining bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs and a studio with 2 double beds (one on the mezzanine) and adjoining bathroom will allow you comfortable accommodation up to 8 people. You are 7 minutes walk from the beach of Petite Anse, a small supermarket and the Fredo restaurant and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Grande Anse and Diamant. You can enjoy all the activities of the island (diving, boat, jet-ski, fishing, hiking, beaches, surfing, kite-surfing, etc.) and the surrounding shops (golf des 3 îlets, casino, Fort maritime shuttle of France, Sainte Luce seaside restaurants, etc.)
You have a parking space secured by a gate.
In the neighborhood, you will find something to eat and do your shopping close to the house.
You will discover the idyllic beach of Petite Anse 7 minutes from the house, the hot spring during a stroll on the coast, as well as the typical village of Anses d'Arlet, with its pontoon, its fish market and its magnificent church . You will be in the heart of the best diving spots (fins, masks, snorkels) in Martinique.
A few kilometers away, you will discover the Rocher du Diamant, the panorama of Cap 110 and the marvelous white sand beaches. By pushing up to Sainte-Luce, you can taste a Lambis soup in one of the restaurants of the fishing port, at the water's edge and to the sound of Zouk and Biguine.
A little further, the Marin and its famous marina will allow you to rent a boat for a day. Sainte Anne and its endless white sand beaches will welcome you for a well-deserved relaxation.
North of Anses d'Arlet, you can visit the Three Islets, its tourist shops, its aquatic activities (jet-ski, boat, kite-surf, etc.), its casino, its beach-side bars, its golf course and you take advantage of a sea shuttle to disembark at the very heart of Fort de France.
The villa has 2 parking spaces. Renting a car is recommended. However, a Fort de France Anse à l'Âne / Anse Mitan sea shuttle allows you to get closer to Anses d'Arlet and Petite Anse (20 min by car or taxi).

La villa M. Morin est un cadre idéal pour les vacances. Bien située, au calme et proche de la plage. Elle est très bien aménagée, ce que nous avons d'autant plus apprécié en cette période de confinement qui nous a été imposée une semaine après notre arrivée.
Nous avons également apprécié le soutien et l'attention de M. Morin dans ces conditions inhabituelles.
