Located on the Caribbean coast, in the charming municipality of Anses-d'Arlet, this villa invites you to enjoy a peaceful and verdant environment. Between tropical nature, turquoise sea and the sweetness of Caribbean living, this address is ideal for a holiday placed under the sign of calm and escape.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family and accessible by a staircase of around fifteen steps, this villa can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area, with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for moments of relaxation. The open and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are also at your disposal.
On the night side, you will find 3 bedrooms:
Room 1: features a queen size bed (160/190), with access to the terrace
Bedroom 2: features a double bed (140/190) and access to its own private shower room
Room 3: has a double bed (140/190).
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a mosquito net.
Another complete bathroom completes the rental. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will appreciate its shaded terrace with its dining area, as well as its secure swimming pool bordered by four sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and then cooling off in the water. On the side of the villa, a wooden shelter and its garden furniture await you for the ti-punch and the evening barbecue. You will be seduced by the garden filled with bougainvilleas and its small sea view.
