About this villa rental
Rented (at least by the week), recent villa (2018).
"Ixora" is a Creole villa, all in wood, which offers a panoramic view of the bay of Fort de France.
The house is on one level, welcoming and functional.
Its teak terrace gives direct access to the swimming pool.
The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, it communicates with the fully equipped kitchen.
The large outdoor seating area and a table for eight people are sheltered from the rain and sun by the extension of the roof.
There is a first shared toilet with washbasin.
The sleeping area is composed of three bedrooms which all have a shower room; the master bedroom also has a toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The location is ideal, a little elevated, close to shops, several beaches (less than 10 minutes walk) and many activities: visit of the Mangrove, tree climbing, quad biking, wakeboarding, diving club, golf course ....
The village of Trois Ilets is a pretty town, on the edge of the Bay of Fort de France; it is close to many tourist sites (Anses d'Arlet, Rocher du Diamant, Trois Rivières rum factory,...). Easy access to the sea shuttle to Fort de France (1 to 2 rotations per hour).

Maison créole en bois agréable à vivre, sejour ouvert sur l'extérieur. Jolie vue sur la baie de Fort de France. La piscine est un vrai plus.
Merci pour la réactivité des propriétaires, l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Rodolphe.
Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier.

Vue merveilleuse, emplacement idéal, au calme, la maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. L’accueil de Rodolphe fut très chaleureux. Nos ados ont adoré... et c’est un très bon signe !
