About this house rental
Located in the municipality of Odemira, near the dam Brique Court and Santa Clara a Velha, the Village of Artists, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and peaceful days, far from urban centers and the stress of day-to-day. The village grew out of an idea of its owner, artist, to create the ideal space for artistic experience and creation. For this remodeled a former Alentejo lot of mud (raw land), only with traditional techniques in an online group of houses, a total of 360 m2.
The lot is divided between the main house with a large room of 64 m2, 2 rooms without WC and 1 bedroom with WC, a living room with 2 single beds, a kitchen and a typical Alentejo room with fireplace and floor the studio with a small kitchen and living room with two independent suites. The house also has a tank and a kennel.
So you can explore the magnificent surroundings will be able to establish partnerships to offer lessons and riding tours; tours B. T.T; jeep rides; radical activities; canoeing; Handicraft routes; etc.
The house is ideal for large groups (maximum 15 people) who want to do or organize workshops in the areas of fine arts, gatherings or events seeking contact with nature and the rural environment, or simply have fun.
For artists who wish to spend some time working in the village of artists, its owner can arrange a vernissage in the lot or other contacts to arrange exhibition of the works.

This was an amazing experience, if you want to relax with a large family and recharge for your work, that’s the right place for that , plenty of space for the kids , Gonçalo will help and give you the best advices .

Gonçalo the owner of the property is incredibly helpful and so friendly.
The property is absolutely massive, the photos do not do the property justice. All of the bedrooms are beautiful. We had such a relaxing time.
The town of Santa Clara is a 10 minute drive away. It has two shops, we used one in particular to do our daily top up shop as the shop assistant was so friendly. Please have a drink in the bar next to the petrol station.
Odemira is about a 50 minute drive away to do a big shop.
We recommend you go to the beach at zamubeira.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Goncalo in der Casa. Das Anwesen ist wunderbar und mit viel Liebe gestaltet! Die Bilder zeigen gar nicht wie wundervoll der Ort ist, wobei wenn man das alles fotografieren soll, passt das auf keine Webseite. Sehr gefallen hat uns die grüne Oase unter den hohen Bäumen. Im Schatten sitzen oder in der einer der drei Hängematten liegen war für uns alle die Entspannung pur! Dabei kann man in dieser Idylle vielen Vögeln zuhören und zusehen, zwei bis dreimal am Tag wird das durch ein vorbeifahrendes Auto gestört :-) Und wenn es dann doch mal zu heiss wird, ab in den kleinen aber sehr feinen Pool. Goncalo selbst ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der dafür Sorge trägt das es den Gästen gut geht.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man außerhalb des Touristenrummels vom Alltag abschalten will. In der Nähe ist der Santa Clara Stausee, der mit optimaler Wassertemperatur und -Qualität sowie famouser Landschaft punktet. An der Algarve oder der Westküste ist man in ca. einer Stunde. Goncalo hat uns einen einsamen Strand empfohlen, selbst in der Hochsaison hatte man dort genug Platz- ein Genuss.Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, das wir diese Casa gemietet haben. Vielen Dank Gonzales für die wunderschöne Zeit.
