Good breakfast, continental style with eggs also offered, fresh squeezed orange juice, good coffee and selection of teas. The pool and pool area were great for relaxing or a quick dip, whirlpool also available in pool area, comfortable room. But the best was the staff: Nadja and Joaquim were both really welcoming and hospitable. I also loved how the owners have kept traditional Portuguese vibes, like traditional tiled floors, herb gardens, homemade olive oil, and more!
It didn´t bother me personally, but some people would prefer a window that shuts with more security in the bathroom. Also, the privacy shade in the bathroom was a little awkward to get it to stay down.

The host was super friendly. She even held a umbrella over our heads against the rain when we arrived. Her English was exceptional good and gave us very good tips and made us feel at home.

The staff were exceptionally lovely, especially with my kids. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the atmosphere was verty natural and rural, calm, comfortable with very fresh mountians air.
Everything was perfect, but I would suggest improving the variety of the breakfast by adding more food types.
