The house overlooks the heated swimming pool at 28 ° from April to September, and a large slatted terrace not overlooked, hosting a superb American spa heated to 37 ° all year round.
A large sauna has just been installed and allows total relaxation for an unforgettable vacation.
The pool house with summer kitchen will allow you to grill vegetables or fish on the plancha, or make good meat on the real cast-iron barbecue.
The covered porch shelters a garden furniture, and the wide passageway keeps a welcome freshness.
The main room of 60 m², remarkable for its volumes, is composed of a black lacquered kitchen with central island, bathed in light, a dining table for 8 to 10 people, and a living room with wood stove and flat screen TV of 138 cm.(all French and foreign channels, Canal +, Canal Sat and Bein Sport)
The mezzanine accommodates an office and a very 'cozy' sitting area. (the sofa allows an extra bed for 2 people)
The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with dressing room and 3 with wardrobe, 3 shower rooms, 3 WCs.

Possibility to park 2 cars in the fenced garden, with electric gate.
you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 1,500 upon arrival.

We had a wonderful week, the accommodation was incredibly well-equipped, immaculate, super-clean and in a lovely neighbourhood. The room layout worked perfectly for our 3, then 4 couples plus 2 babies and the outdoor seating/eating/relaxing areas were fabulous, as was the lovely warm pool with warm outdoor shower! Our hosts were friendly, helpful and discreet - just what we needed.
We would recommend and return without hesitation!

We had an amazing week away with family and friends. The Villa was well equipped and outside space really well thought through. Hosts friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The property was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped both inside and outside to a very high standard. Our family of adults and teens all had a wonderful holiday. It was exceptionally hot during our stay so we particularly enjoyed the pool and delightful shaded outside dining areas. Patrick and Sandrine were wonderful hosts.

Maison chaleureuse et lumineuse avec de grandes pièces, décorées avec goût.Une architecture cabane typique du bassin que nous adorons.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du SPA très agréable !!! Avec son coin cuisine dété.Les propriétaires sont très accueillant, c est avec, plaisir que nous reviendrons!!!
