About this villa rental

Beautiful Villa of 150 m2 near Bassin d'Arcachon (300 m from the beach), downtown Arès and its market (1km), 10 minutes from the ocean and 20 minutes from Cap-Ferret. House that can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Pool of 7mX4m., Depth 1.50m built in November 2016, around a beautiful wooden terrace of 40 m2 facing south (construction February2017).
Spacious and very isolated garden of 500 m2 and covered terrace of 50 m2, you will LOVE !!!
Renovation 2016.
American kitchen very well equipped, big stay, benefits of quality.
Laundry room with washing and drying machines available.
Many games and books available for children.
Large adult library, many comics, DVDs, video games, PS3, WII, ...
Large size trampoline (4.20 in diameter).
