In a green and natural setting, luxurious contemporary apartment by architect Jean Nouvel with a very large corner terrace of 35 m2 with sea view and under a fully vegetated roof terrace.
The luxurious decoration is made up of seventies-type art photos, designer lamps, a superb piece of furniture inspired by riva boats, walls in Riviera blue colors from the 50s/60s to make you experience a dolcevita parenthesis at home. Italian. Cap d'Ail is a pretty seaside resort with its coastal path that runs along the coast along the large ones with more than 50 remarkable classified villas.
The swimming pool is reserved for the inhabitants of the apartments, transistors, drinks, food, games for children are prohibited there.
The pool decks are furnished with deckchairs. Each block is made up of 3 apartments on three levels.
The apartment that we offer is one of the rare apartments benefiting from a corner terrace of 35 m2 with a full view of the Ventimiglia Sea in St Jean Cap Ferrat. 5 minutes from La Mala beach on foot via the stairs and the coastal footpath. Local shops (supermarket grocery bakeries pastries hairdressers, service station mechanic, pharmacy, etc...) 5 minutes by car from the departures for walks and hikes 5 minutes from Monaco by car, casino and shopping or 30 minutes on foot 20 minutes from Menton by car and the Italian border, and the deserted coves (photos) of Grimaldi and Mortola (15 km). For varied holidays in peace on site and in the village of Cap d'Ail, in town in Nice, Monaco or San Remo, in the countryside in the hinterland...
