About this house rental
Car-free holidays: beach, market and restaurants all under 5 minutes on foot.
This 70 m² (750 sq ft) house sits right in the centre of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, on France's Atlantic coast just south of Royan, and only 300 m (330 yards) from the main sandy beach. Park on arrival (private parking space in the garden) and leave the car there for the week — shops, market and seafront are all within walking distance. Royan itself is a 17-minute walk along the coast.
The house — Sleeps 5: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) plus a futon sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, TV, fibre WiFi. Alarm-protected.
The garden — 200 m² (2,150 sq ft) private and fully enclosed: your extra room outdoors. Garden furniture, Weber barbecue, parasol and sun loungers for meals outside from morning to evening. Safe space for children.
Optional extra — Full linen kit (bed linen + towels) supplied by a specialist company, on request.

Séjour d’une semaine très agréable, maison très propre, jardin très agréable et surtout un emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied : centre-ville, plage, marché, etc.! Ville de saint Georges très agréable, les plages sont très larges, plein de commerces et les gens sont charmants.

Nous avons choisi cette maison de par sa situation géographique dans le village de St Georges, et nous n'avons pas été déçus bien au contraire. Quel bonheur d'arriver en vacances, de garer sa voiture et de ne pas la reprendre pendant 1 semaine.
La plage à 5 minutes à pieds, le marché couvert à 50m de la maison, le centre de St Georges au bout de la rue....
La maison refaite entièrement, pleine de charme, bien équipée, un jardin ombragé...
Un accueil chaleureux de Mme B et un contact facile avec le propriétaire.
Rien à redire, enfin si, nous y reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine, voire avant l'été. Merci

À 2 pas du marché , de la supérette, des commerces, des lieux d'animation,de la plage, du club de voile, conciergerie super, calme jour et nuit...tout est pratique, complet et simple. Pas besoin de planifier, tout est à portée de main. Vraiment , quelle sérénité et plaisir.
