About this apartment rental
Apartment of 75m2 + 23m2 terrace on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Living room and kitchen: large living room of approximately 35 m2.
Magnificent view of the sea. Very large and wide bay windows. Electric shutters. The living room is surrounded by a large terrace of 23 m2 where you can sit at the table. For shade, electric fabric blind on the facade + parasol on the side of the terrace, deckchairs.
The kitchen: original furniture, German kitchen 70. Dishwasher,
electric cooker with vitro hob, microwave oven. electric coffee maker with filters provided.
The living room: designer sofa from the 60s convertible for 1 person. All the furniture is period.
No TV but internet with fiber.
Tiki room: 10m2 room. Double bed (140x200), new bedding, mattress pads, new pillows, small bathroom, bay window overlooking the terrace and the sea. 50 Tiki decor.
Parc room: large room of 15 m2. Double bed (140x200), new bedding, new pillow covers. Large bay overlooking the Park and its pines.
Bathroom: renovated 3 years ago. very comfortable.
Separate WC.
Overall, particular care is taken in the decoration in the style of the great post-war years of Royan, voted the "most fifties" seaside resort in France.
Housekeeping included.

Private parking. Entrance into the residence via a remote-controlled electric gate.
The neighborhood
The Parc de Vallières residence is located in front of the beach in the Parc which is a very popular place, quiet in the pine forest, with magnificent villas.
If you like the 50s, stroll through the park. There you will find the pretty Parc church, characteristic villas from the 1950s such as the boomerang villa or the white shadow.

A10 motorway. Saintes exit. Direction Royan.
Arriving in Royan, head towards Conche beach towards Saint-Georges de Didonne.

Nothing to complain. This location is perfect, just outside the real touristic part and the owners are very friendly.
If you look for a relaxing holidays with seaside, you should book this location!

Un appartement confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très belle vue sur une grande plage de sable blond et sur Royan, avec des ciels et des couchers de soleil somptueux.
Nombreuses promenades à faire, à pied ou à vélo.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Wohnung und Strand schön, nur bei Ebbe die Austernbänke sind ein kleiner Nachteil, aber ein paar Meter weiter kann man dann trotzdem gut baden.

Très satisfaits : l'appartement est lumineux, très fonctionnel, bien équipé ( plus que dans le descriptif) et la vue est magnifique. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour être sur la plage , les commerces et le marché de St Georges Didonne sont à 800m = 3 minutes en vélo .👍�.La propriétaire nous a donné de nombreuses idées de visites et activités.Une semaine c'était trop court pour tout faire: nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans cet appartement .
