About this house rental
Living room and bedroom open onto a beautiful 80m2 wooden terrace facing south west. Deckchair and relax armchairs are waiting for you! Closed garden of 800 m2 and not overlooked. Charcoal BBQ. Arbor. 2 adult bikes on site.
Comfortable house, air conditioned and soundproofed (each room is equipped to listen to music and the terrace) very well equipped and functional, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine), large walk-in shower Italian.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140, 2016 bedding, duvet and duvet cover, wardrobe, a bay window directly overlooking the terrace with forest view.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90 (possibility of bringing them together to form a double bed), 2016 bedding with duvets and duvet covers, wardrobe.
A convertible sofa (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Equipped kitchen open to living room: (25m2 living room) dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, blender, complete crockery, tea towels, some products from basic (condiments and household products)
Bathroom / wc: large shower 140 x 90 cm, washing machine, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, bath mat.
Other miscellaneous equipment: vacuum cleaner, necessary for washing the floor, iron and ironing board, clothes pegs and laundry basket.

7 km from the supervised Gurp beach (children's play structures and Cap33 sports activities), between the seaside resort of Soulac s / Mer and Montalivet (large lively daily market).
2 km from all shops, village of St Vivien and its local weekly market, on Wednesdays).
A stone's throw from the Gironde estuary, the Grands Châteaux du Médoc, a marina "Port Médoc" and Port aux Huîtres in Verdon sur Mer, numerous beaches of fine sand, cycle paths available. you to discover or rediscover Nature. 90km from Bordeaux.
Transport:
Bac Transgironde (boat) from verdon s / mer to Royan and from Lamarque to Blaye
SNCF train station and bus lines to Bordeaux at Soulac sur Mer (7 km).

This accommodation was exactly what we wanted, comfort, sobriety, tastefully arranged, in the forest and 10 minutes from the ocean. This region is quite desert at that time but that did not bother us in any way.

New accommodation, very clean, welcoming and practical. Tastefully decorated, very pleasant to live in, with little extras like air conditioning and music in all rooms including on the terrace; everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Magnificent location in the middle of the forest, lots of peace and quiet. Exterior of the house very beautiful and well equipped which allows you to always be outside. Very welcoming, accessible and available hosts with a real desire to make their vacationers spend the best stay. Very pleasant region.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Élisabeth et Régis, un couple fort sympathique. La maison, très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée (excellente literie aussi, et la sonorisation de chaque pièce est très sympa) se situe dans un écrin de verdure, en plein coeur de la forêt. Calme absolu. Quel bonheur de se réveiller face à la forêt, avec pour seul bruit le chant des oiseaux, puis de profiter des grands espaces extérieurs pour y prendre les repas et se détendre.
Proche du village de St Vivien (10 min de velo) où l'on trouve tous les commerces et de la belle plage du Gurp (10 min de voiture ou 30 min de vélo en rejoignant la piste cyclable à Grayan).
Des vacances nature, comme on les voulait. Le temps a passé beaucoup trop vite, on reviendra ! A bientôt
