Located in Antibes Juan les Pins, facing south, with large terrace, swimming pool, and beautiful garden with trees. Sea view from the second floor terrace. Very spacious villa without any opposite, sheltered from the wind and ideally oriented for the sun. Ideal for 6 to 8 persons. 5 double rooms with 160 beds and all comfort.
The villa is approved 4 stars by the tourist office since 2022.
Close to the center and beaches, in a private residential area, remote controlled gate protection, absolute tranquility
Once installed in the property, you feel like in a bubble, in the peace, with the swimming pool at permanent disposal, and the life on the terrace all day long... We are totally autonomous....tranquil without noise without opposite.... And as all the bedrooms, living room, terraces and swimming pool are exposed to the south, sheltered from the wind, it is warm enough even out of season to have lunch outside and to swim, especially with a hot water in any season at 28°C (heat pump) .
