About this apartment rental
A splendid 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious ground floor apartment with fantastic large pool and terrace. Sleeps 8people in 3 seoerate bedrooms. Ideal for 2 families or larger families and only a 5 minutes walk to the sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins. You will be sure of a relaxed and comprehensive holiday in this apartment.
There is a large lounge/kitchen area and a private wrap around terrace giving direct access onto the Gardens and Pool. Both the outside terrace table and interior dining table seat 8 people comfortably. In addition there is a 4 seater sofa set on the terrace to enjoy a morning coffee or just relax throughout the day.
Situated in a manicured gated residence, you will not find another appartment with a pool as close to the beach bars and night life of Juan Les Pins as this.
If you have not been to JLP before, then you should know that being close to the centre is an essential element to your holiday – for example the weekly Fireworks displays on the beach in July/August. The esplanade bustles at night with plenty of kid’s activities as well as gorgeous beach bars - where you can sip a cocktail on a sofa with your feet in the sand, while the kids frolic in the sea under the moon light.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided. You will only need to bring a beach towel.
If you have a car there is a lockable underground parking garage as well as visitor parking bays at the rear of the residence.
