About this house rental
Independent villa of 93 m² with landscaping, wooden terrace, 4 bedrooms, located 500 m from the beach and shops.
Our villa is ideally located around a small grassy and tree-filled square where calm and tranquility reigns.
Every morning, you can take advantage of the market a few minutes walk and discover the best products of the island (most important market of Oleron).
On the beach side you have the choice:
- In the East, "continent side", they are sheltered from the wind. Huge blue expanse with Ile de Ré, Aix and Fort Boyard in front of you. You will find there the beaches of Brée, Gautrelle, Saumonards (naturists authorized).
- In the West, America. The beaches are more exposed there and will delight lovers of waves and wind. Ideal for windsurfing and other surfing.
Back from the beach, a heated outdoor shower is at your disposal!
Then the aperitif awaits you in the outdoor lounge day and night.
So put your car down and get around on foot or by bike, here everything is close.

Really well presented property, very good outside space, had everything we needed, close to the beach and bike paths. Pascal looked after us really well with lots of great information, we would definitely return

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the island, in Brée les Bains. The house was well-equipped, clean and bright. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the outside shower. The location turned out to be perfect for our family, close to the beach and the village centre, with lots of storage and parking facilities. Special thanks to Pascal and the owners who were open to contact and very friendly and helpful.

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort et très bien équipée. Elle se trouve sur une petite place dans un endroit très calme. Le centre du village est à quelques centaines de mètres. Nous n’avons jamais utilisé la voiture, avons tout fait à pieds ou en vélo. Les pistes cyclables de l’Ile sont extraordinaires.
A notre arrivée on apprécie de trouver tout le nécessaire pour bien démarrer le séjour (capsules Senseo, Thé, produits d’entretien..) à chacun de compléter ce qu’il manque avant de quitter les lieux.
La literie est de très bonne qualité. Une salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec une grande douche et 2 vasques.
La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse (un peu frais mi-mars) mais c’est un endroit très agréable avec un coin salon et un espace pour les repas avec une très belle plancha.
Et bien entendu Pascal pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Un vrai sens du service, de bons conseils, toujours disponible en cas de besoin et arrangeant (nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que l’heure « contractuelle » . Un grand merci à lui.

Merci beaucoup ! Pascal nous a très bien accueilli , donne des conseils avisés et reste disponible au besoin . La maison est très propre, très bien équipée. Litterie top . Nos jeunes ont appréciés les jeux ; les adultes les terrasses extérieures .Nous avons pu pleinement profité de l’île .
