Located 200 meters from the start of the new 3S gondola of Avoriaz, you will stay in an authentic mountain chalet fully equipped for your comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen with induction plates 4 fires, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, bar open to living.
The living room with a sofa bed 1 place, coffee table, new LCD TV with HDMI.
A bathroom with toilet, sink, and large shower.
You arrive on skis to the chalet by the blue track of Crot.
A parking space is available right outside the chalet and a ground floor garden.

Its a very well located property- less than 5 mins walk from the main prodain lift and tiny yet well appointed. Cosy and warm with all required for a good stay

Great little place on the bottom ( walking distance) of the Gondola.The tiny chalet was perfect for me and my son. Fully equipped with small kitchen, satellite tv, etc. Real mountain vibe, with great view looking up to Avoriaz, and a quick drive or bus to Morzine. Just a note for tall people: My 6ft (1.80m) kid could just walk around without hitting the ceiling

Very cozy and good communication. Perfect cabin for 2 persons: location is also good (only 5 min walk to the cable express).

We couldnt recommend this property more. The location at the foot of the prodains cable car was perfect. The chalet itself was cosy and clean and its been designed making the best use of the space. The host was super helpful and communication was great. We hope to be back soon!
